Thank you - super - just read that and it confirms that habitual residency is 6 months out of every year. Every little bit of info helps! Tempted to just ask the Améli helpline to send me a link or other way of showing me where they are getting the five year rule from. Everywhere I look, and also you lovely folk helping me, we are finding the 3-month rule. Nothing about the 5-year rule!
