I remember interviewing Procol Harem at a night club in
the rag trade district of W.1 London.
The club was more memorable for me as my own group Skye Wine played
there and Jimmy Hendrix got on the stage and played bass.
I was not a great fan OF procul Harem but "Whiter shade of pale' was special.
Steve Marriott was possibly an Essex boy?
