At Calais, I caught the TGV to Frethus and they came there after they got off the tunnel and I drove us to Abbeville where wed booked a night. My first ever night in France was there and I’d never been back. The cathedral is amazing!!!

Saturday we headed home, a bit slowly as we had snow on the motorway until after Rouen but still home by 7.30 even stopping to do a quick shop! It was 7.1c in the house when we arrived!!!

This is where smart thermostats are so handy. Switch on the heating when you are on your way home. (For central heating)
