I saw the sames programme, James. It does make sense, but only if on the eating days people do not fill their faces with loads of bad fat. It is the bad fat and lack of exercise that causes wait gain. It was also interesting the learn that the Hairy Bikers programmes are now concentrating on losing weight. I have watched the first two programmes, and was astounded to learn just how many calories an ordinary curry can contain. By cutting off the skin on a whole chicken, and substituting a spicy rub instead of a fatty sauce the Hairy Bikers achieved a tasty meal and a drastic reduction in calories. I shall continue to watch them, and try some of their recipes.
