If you can, of course. The only option I have is VDSL or ADSL so I can’t wait for France to get rid of the copper last mile and I can get someone to install Fibre.
Just not Orange.

Read with interest the issues you were having with Orange ADSL, which brought back memories of similar problems. I don’t know if you’ve heard of a company called Selectra who have an English speaking service, but we and many of our friends locally, used them in 2023 to move to Fibre via one of the many offers out there for Fibre service. Have a look at their website, as they can arrange a transfer, free of charge, if that is a solution to your current problems,
