OH was telling me about the strange yellow colour in the sky… this morning…
then I found the report in Sud Ouest…
seems it’s sand from the Sahara
The Harmattan going in the wrong direction
We work up to orange rain - the cars were in a disgusting state.
It’s the sirocco - sand from the Sahara mixed with water from the Med. Our car’s now the same colours as Mark’s table.

What sort of range do these drones have? It must be controlled from somewhere - maybe half-way through this film?
No idea Roger. I expect it depends on the size/type - some just for fun, others more serious “professional” models.
I wondered where he was controlling it from. Somewhere along the town side of the river. It’s interesting how many of the towns along the Garonne have grown up entirely on the one bank where there is an escarpment. From the videos you can see why!
