On that subject my recent discovery is that one can do a pre-demande for a complaint to the police on line, and then just take it into the police station you select to sign.

Until dog owners recognise that dogs are social animals and suffer badly from separation anxiety, the barking won’t stop.
According to the RSPCA, dogs can be helped to cope with their inborn anxiety.
