I forgot to mention in my earlier post that you can’t transfer any balance on a PAYG card to a new card - we lost £16 this way. O2 let you transfer between cards (as I did from late Mum’s card to mine) but Three are adamant that they won’t allow it. In fact I’m not too bothered by the price of calls, it’s the data allowance I’d miss if they block my account card.
