yes life moves on after 9 years but i did not read everything so was not aware that this was yesterdays news but great that the project is working. We need restaurants and brave people who want to do the work.

Just looked them up on the map, and I think I’ve probably had lunch there ! We did stop once in Darnac about 4 or 5 years ago on the way from Parthenay to Limoges. Small world.

The Broken Drum is our ‘go to’ place for bacon and egg sandwiches when we are in your area!
Great bravery to open a bar when you had limited French. I’d imagine that was a very steep learning curve. The website looks good, great to hear that you have been successful

I checked your menu but didn’t see bacon and egg sandwiches though!
