Sadly that sums up the whole situation - there aren’t any winners.
As Barnier was quoted the other day, no deal would be “lose-lose” all round.
To be honest we are so hamstrung with our notion of “sovereignty” meaning that we won’t agree to anything which requires compromise, even if we do agree an FTA it is going to be relatively limited and still amount to a lose-lose.
So no deal is probably best described as lose/lose-more (that is the EU will lose, we will lose more)
