You would spend a fare amount having the plot measured out and divided, do the CGT tax people take into account the costs of this before applying any tax?
Thought the same about the mortgage as we would have made a profit if you take that expenditure into consideration.

A disquieting trend I’ve noticed is ladies swapping their handbags for (equally expensive) natty little rucksacks. These have significantly more capacity
