Carrefour solve mystery of how to open a paper bag

I remember the taste of CDM being disgusting and just discovered it probably contains more ‘milk solids’ than cocoa (only 20%!). Though don’t know if the ‘milk’ ever came from what I’d recognise as a dairy. So possibly the only reliable bit of the appellation is ‘Cadburys’', which is hardly a recommendation.

Incidentally, IMO Bourneville’s appeal is far more architecturally/socio-historically interesting than the eponymous chocolate…

It’s worse now since Mondelez bought the firm and changed the formula.

Chocolate has to have at least 70% cocoa solids (and no milk) to qualify for the name IMHO.

Just like beer/lager should have alcohol in it to be called beer or lager. Take the alcohol away and call it something else- “fizzy brown /yellow tasteless stuff” maybe
