Livret de famille are only for the French, I get a mention in ours but they wouldn't even put me in the "Père" entry as it's a full page and you need the birth registration number of the commune you were born in and the inside leg measurement of the mide wife etc etc. I am mentioned very low down somewhere as being the father of my children though, no infact I'm only mentioned on my daughter's page but not my son's! In short you've got no chance of getting one!
