Well not sure if that is so
I know people who are exempt
But next year may be different
But there was no revenue this year.
So maybe that is the reason
You are exonerated if your income is less than 5,000€, in your first 2 years of business, and if you are in a specific regeneration zone… some artistic activities are also exonerated - but otherwise every business pays it.
