3 to 5 hundreds (or more) but really depends on the state of the property and if it needs renovation and how much income produces.

Yes sorry I’ve just realised it’s been posted without the specs:
Countryside property, with 5 bedrooms (1 for us and the rest for the guests) and big garden.
Area: any area really, it doesn’t matter, we have to feel the property in the contest so we don’t want to exclude anything.
And last, yes it will be our sole income.
