Yes. I also kept my Nationwide accounts and card plus others which I am whittling down.
I have been asked by friends why I had so many accounts.
Remember, after the financial crisis, savings rates were near zero but if you opened a new account you could save up to £1500 at a better rate, so I divided my meagre fortune among as many as I could. In hindsight this was an error when it came to filling in French tax forms and declaring every bank account with dates and addresses.
And somehow deleting all the info and having to do it all over again…twice!
And apparently almost half of Japanese people are lactose intolerant, so not a huge market.
