Stella, it was over 60 years ago and I can’t tolerate raw lemon.
I am sure there are plenty of recipes on the net.

We love lemon pasta where the lemon (juice and zest) is mixed with olive oil and warmed before the hot pasta is tossed in it…

Try adding a splash of vodka with the lemon. I doubt that you’ll regret it
