One of our local pub owners had GET11N on a Lancia Beta Montecarlo, think it is on a Range Rover now though.
I was given BEG 4 1T as the Reg No once by DVLA when reregistering a German car.
Girlfriend didnt like it though. Ha ha 
Mid-engined Beta MonteCarlo looked great, but never cut the mustard, unless you were stupid enough to put its engine into a Fiat/Bertone X1/9 to create a faster death trap (I survived with just a fractrured skull and a few minor facial disabilities. My mother said, “Well, at least you can’t whistle any more!”).
Think the Range Rover’s a much safer option.
But whatever it’s on, that’s still a naff plate…
