I have the same problem with the slope, but LeRoy from Dives-sur-mer put in the gate and the mounting posts and no problems after that. They are very professional with the concrete work and they will also connect the electric to a permanent source like a garage and do the programming.

You do not need to see them, you hear them, when someone walks by or approaches the property.
Personally, think I prefer the peace and quiet, but each to their own 
Well done you. I detest areas were every house is barricaded behind walls and solid gates, might as well live in a prison camp. But at least ones you can see through are less depressing.
