Folding steps

Yes, but I’ve got another one in getting up again.

In about 2010, Stuart ‘fell off his perch’. He was on the top of the scaffold tower having done some repairs to the roof and chimney. He started to take the tower down and the scaffold boards too. But something went wrong with his reckoning - he had too many boards on one side of the tower and when he went to climb down, the balance was all wrong and together with the tower, he fell onto a gravel area. All I heard him say when he was falling was ‘OMG, this is gonna hurt’. He was laid up for a while with broken ribs and severe cuts to his hands and face. But I’m pleased to say it didn’t put him off climbing the scaffold tower. Even at 80 years of age, he’ll get to the top - he’s currently repairing the roof of the big barn. Then I’m sure I can find something else for him to do. Idle hands etc. etc. :pink_heart:
