Oh Tim… that’s all part of life here… it takes longer to do almost anything… when it involves a number of people… 
I’ve seen zero shaking of hands, only a brief touching of hands that bears no resemblance to the brutish and pugilistic British pumping and squeezing indignity. It’s on a different planet.

My GP sent me to see a skin specialist. I have to admit that when I saw the sign on the door I paused to wonder -

But he does have lovely hands!
