I agree to “show good faith” in answering the Notaire’s question (which is just a fishing expedition as another has rightly suggested here) the Attestation sur l’honneur be sent sent by recommande A/R with additional information that “Livret or similar” does not exist in UK. I would unless the matter proceeds to Court which is unlikely not answer any other questions from the Notaire
