I assume she got the extra pension without having the usual French carte or livret de famille Timothy?
It would be pretty redundant as proof anyway as no doubt your kids, like ours, have always been documented by the state for health, CAF, tax, etc purposes.

Exactly Geof, we’ve been ‘plugged into’ the system since the day we arrived.

I am in the same situation as @tim17’s wife and when I was a SAH mum with my three, the CAF provided pension credits for me. I think they also provided them for OH at points when he wasn’t working. But don’t quote me on that…
