I don’t doubt it, but my query concerned your cheese, not the person who sold it to you.

There isn’t, but what difference would that make, as both Cantal and Laguiole cheeses are AOC?

I bought the then g/f a set of kitchen knives. Next time I was at her place I couldn’t find any of them.

I couldn’t get through the day without an Opinel in my pocket. It is used for everything from cleaning my fingernails to cutting my steak in the best restaurants.
