Learning French at the Super U

Can't beat a bit of miming when one does not have the words.. When we first arrived, and were needing to buy lots of plumbing 'bits', I was totally at a loss, as I didn't even know what they were called in English!! So the dictionary was not much help.As my husband , Neil, is an artist , his drawing skills were much called upon. But it did lead to a lot of giggling in homecare stores, and we always seemed to end up with what we needed. I now know the names of lots of plumbing 'bits' in French ,but still have no idea what they are called in English. Keep up the good work..

lol, like In our super ooo there is always some one who can speak a little English as long as you have a smile on your face, and we are really in the middle of nowhere,I find the that if you try a little and get it wrong Frence people often enjoy helping and practacing there English, after all private lessons in France are expencive good luck, and it is worth getting a carte de magazines.

Hilarious Lol U brand new in France hehe
