There is still bluetooth, many wifi equipment can do both and LED’s could be running from battery backup.

We had a couple of hours out the other day. Hubby brought a battery ( charged on our solar) down from the barn. We had lights and internet the whole time.
On all of the lights I have, they default to being on after cycling the power. So, in the worst case just switch them off and on again using the wall switch.
