Do you verify the registration details? What is the purpose of the registration? I haven’t seen the site so I don’t know what details you ask for.

I never see the point of the details, you could enter any old rubbish. If you have nothing to validate it against its just a load of bollocks

That would work in an urban area. In the sticks I guess the user would put in a place they would be prepared to go to.
20km of me would be a pool of 200 people, 100 cattle, and a partridge in a pear tree.
That would be a good point for @Zila_Shniderman to consider. I too live in the the back of beyond in the south of 86, but would happily drive to Limoges or Poitiers (both about 60km away) for an event or meetup.

I’m ashamed to admit that I thought Poitiers was the deep South of Vienne, whereas it’s much more like the centre.
