I'm sorry to hear that and I can understand your distress. By the way, where are the photos?
We have "problem"s with people burning, well it bugs me anyway even from an eco point of view. It seems to be a regular pass time for the locals here and I have tried to speak to them to no avail.
Anyway I'm sure it's nowhere near the problems you are having. I do hope you get somewhere with it, I know it would drive me potty.
