If you don’t want to faff about measuring lime colorant’s etc buy ready mix
Materials needed
Face masks don’t breathe the lime when mixing
Goggles / for full eye protection it stings like f
Long sleeve T shirt and gloves it also burns skin
1 large bucket for mixing
A couple of large distemper brushes
Once the walls have been prepared slap it on 
any thin bits whence dried slap some more on top

Oh, come on, Inspector Gadget! I can’t imagine you’d be happy with a torch. Probably a minimum of 4k stereo cam with 4 micromanipulators and a VR headset for the immersive experience. Plus a remote-controlled skip to cart away any debris
