It’s not my cup of Darjeeling guv, but I’d disagree that both are part of the same overarching ‘problem’,
What happens between your Brighton dominatrice (I use ‘your’ advisedly) and her clients isn’t a ‘problem’ as long as both parties are consenting and there aren’t any life changing ‘chastisements’.
None of that, but most notably mutual consent, seems in any way similar to the Pellicot case.
