Recommendations for French mobile providers, please

Was only asking for peoples experiences with their mobile providers as a guide, and got exactly that from toryroo, and we will probably go with Prixtel as a result of her response - thanks, toryroo.
Yes, I realise that our experiences of Orange are maybe not the experiences of other Orange users. Our house has been an Orange/France telecom customer since 1991. They’re fine if you want to sign up to one of their services and pay them, but they are totally useless, incompetent and unprofessional when it comes to changing or cancelling things. So far this year they have sold us a fibre/tv/phone package to replace our old ADSL/tv/phone package, and it took us several phone calls and a visit to the shop for them to get the address for the new package corrected (our address hasn’t changed), and to rectify the name of the account holder (which hasn’t changed either). They also offered us a discounted rate for the first year for the new fibre/tv/phone package when they sold it to us. This discount was then withdrawn because we cancelled our old ADSL package, even though the old phone line no longer existed, and the new fibre package REPLACED the old ADSL package (they also took two direct debit payments for the old ADSL package even though it no longer existed, and even after the fibre package had been put in place)! They use every excuse imaginable to justify their errors, then when they can’t justify them, they blame a ‘fault in the system’. We also had the staff in the Orange shop heavily critisizing their colleagues in the Orange call centres, which is highly unprofessional. So, our experiences of Orange aren’t very positive, along with the majority of people who leave a review on Trustpilot - happy for you if your experiences are much better than ours, Poons.

These guys are unbiased (a bit like Which? in the UK) and this is their mobile provider comparison page :

Does anyone have experience of nrj network?

Nrj prices for mobile network access look fiercely competitive, and I’ve never really trusted Lebara France since they imposed a +30% rate increase 6 weeks into the start of the promo rate they’d reeled me in with because their “costs had increased”.

Reseller using the Buoygues network. They’re on my spectrum to change the house “internet” SIM.

It should work as well as a Buoygues sim

My mistake - it’s the low cost Buoygues “front” - not a reseller. Owned by Bouygues

Tx Chrisell.
