Jeeper! Scoping the properties that come in daily, courtesy of Leboncoin etc, properties that actually already have bathrooms [you can see which end of the market I’m at] invariably have those modular enclosures, with all the gubbins in situ and just needed to be connected to hot/cold/waste. There’s one just like that in the cottage I’m renting. They are all a step up - about 150-175mm.
The manufacturers of those are going to be donning their gilets jaunes, taking to the street and setting fire to the approved number of vehicles if that rule is made to stick.
