It’s interesting no one is looking at the other pairs of legs and shoes. Far from it. I expect there is more than a little fetishism at play here.
21st century and we are appalled at how Japanese women had their feet bound as a status symbol and yet do not recognise the equivalent in our own modern world.
Just look at the damage that is being done to the feet of the younger women. They too, in time, will have legs/stockings/shoes like Camilla’s.
Mind you, I do think the wrinkles are unfortunate, which draw the eye away from the rest of the outfit. I’m wearing a support stocking (only one) for a DVT at the moment and it’s flesh coloured and beautifully sculpted to my ankle and leg and barely noticeable.
