Chuck it in the recycling bin, then plead ignorance. That’s what my wife would do! The sensible thing! She hates hoarding junk!
I bought a vacuum packing thingy and some bags on a roll from lidl and they didn’t say they were for sous vide, just for vac packing. That’s all I use mine for but do the lidl ones actually say they are for sous vide use ?
Only seafood I’ve done is some cod and it came out perfect
Like I say, I haven’t used Lidl bags, but a quick google shows the following information online for their sous-vide bags and the rolls alike (translated to English for speed and ease)

Personally I use them in the microwave with caution - especially if they contain fatty foods the upper temperature limit could easily be breached, but even with rice etc I find if I am not careful the plastic seems to deform. (BTW rice is great to seal in this way and if cooled quickly and sealed properly it will last in the fridge for weeks for easy re-heating in just a couple of minutes in the microwave).
The vast majority of sous-vide cooking is at 70° or less, so well within those tolerances (vegetables need higher temps but sous-vide isn’t a great or efficient way to cook them anyway).

It certainly can be done with fish, but too much faff for me and as fish tends to be tender anyway (unless you murder it by overcooking) there doesn’t seem to be much point. I have done it with salmon but you get that (perfectly nice but) unsightly white stuff on it and I’d prefer to poach or even microwave-steam it.

Probably different to the ones I bought then. They were on a roll and only mentioned food preservation. Just checked the separate bags I bought recently on Amazon and they do say suitable for sous vide.
