I have had a couple of tattoos for many years, only fairly small and only in black. They can be works of art if done carefully and professionally, but the problem I have seen is that over the years the fine details become a bit blurred, faded and just aren’t “fine” any more.
P.S. It doesn’t hurt if done on a fleshy part.
