Things to do with a baguette

I used to look after some goats for a friend and after doing a bit of research on the net it appears that goats will eat pretty much anything, even things that are not good for them. So I figured I had the answer to the problem of what to do with the petrified baguettes. The goats loved them but only as long as I held the other end so they could pull chunks off. If I stopped holding them, they lost interest. For me baguettes are the only thing more deadly to fillings in my teeth than caramel sweets! I bake my own bread. Much less effort to consume.

Thanks Andrew!

1. keep it in a plastic bag, that way it won't go hard.

2. sprinkly with water and reheat in the oven - comes out as good as new ;-)

bon appétit !
