They’re all at it, united utilities sent OH an email, ( they’re latest patronising strategy), telling him we were using more water than other 2 people households and we should reduce water consumption. He emailed back advising them, they were leaking x millions of liters a year and they should reduce the number of leaks.
Like you they sent the latest revised payment, OH rang and they’ve agreed a much smaller increase, I actually think the poor sod taking his call would have offered to pay for him, if he promised not to ring again.
