50K € will buy a detached, 3-bed house with CH and garden… 60K € will buy a project based on the old forge… 70k will buy a 5 bed/3 bathroom village house with CH and enclosed patio… plus detached garden which has building permit…
and so it goes on… and on… they stand empty for years… so sad.
1M € property on the outskirts of the commune has just sold. It’s taken 7 years and the Sellers have kept an eye on it in the meantime…just so glad it’s sold.
I’ve met the new owners…they are young and full of enthusiasm…an asset to the hamlet and the Commune… exciting times ahead for 2019.
