Who are your favourite people

The person I would be most interested in talking to is the Dalai Lama but I would be completely content just being in an audience.

Indeed, I was surprised by reading in the NYT article how late it he was accepted by the French art establishment; their attitude towards him sees to have been very similar to that of the RA under that ghastly society horse painter Alfred Munnings.

It would be very helpful if it were still possible to talk with the late Stephen Hawking.

I would love to know all his thoughts on the current developments dawning in AI.

A local friend had an audience with him a couple of years ago, but hasn’t said anything about it! Don’t know what to conclude from that…

I used to see him fairly regularly, not to talk to properly, no more than saying eg good morning or whatever was appropriate for the time of day.
