Just be prepared for exorbitant charges - a initial joining fee of around 150€ per property, an annual ‘abonnement’ of 1 weeks high season rental per property, 15% (plus TVA) commission if you use their reservation services, a price reduction of min 5% on second or additional weeks booked, and payments at least a month after the client had stayed. Just not competitive as a sales channel.
(Note: I finished my contract with GdF 2 years ago so I appreciate things may have changed…)
