Perpignan region
Aix en Provence region
Lourmarin/Petit Luberon region
Hautes Provence (Lavender country)
Perhaps guiding and/or consulting. Pay TBD based on service provided.

Maybe too late now, but I have a friend who’s an official French rambling guide who can organise group walks in Perpignan area (speaks English fluently).
