Should make for an "interesting " race and I’m hoping RBs choice of running a small rear wing bites them in the arse.

Not clear what the track will be like this afternoon, but probably wet as more rain expected. F2 running at the moment, they started on wets.
For the moment, at least, it has stopped raining. But out under the elements on the Copse terrace it was rather damp.

We have brollies 
The weather has been variable to say the least. Caught the sun badly on Friday as much hotter than anticipated, also windy which tends to increase the chance of burning. Yesterday decidedly cold on the terrace as the sun had disappeared leaving just a strong wind out of which it was pleasantly warm. In which it was bloomin’ cold.
Spitting again. Though sun poking through a gap in the clouds as well.

If it’s a wet race, it could make the wet tyres less efficient at clearing water, making driving more difficult. Not sure exactly how large the effect would be, it could be minimal.
Except that. F1 is won or lost on tiny margins
Tsunoda will be spending the race at the back regardless.
Verstappen will try some risky move and hopefully take himself out.
My money is on Hamilton… Until Ferrari make some strange strategy decision that hands the win to McLaren.
It would be great to see a full British podium. I’ve seen a 1st and 2nd, and a 1st and 3rd but never all 3.

With three British divers in the first five grid positions you have to wonder if it is a possibility.
Sun out now, just over an hour to go so track could dry out. But rain clouds on the horizon.
Modern communications is fun. I can sit here and watch the C4 coverage at the same time as the race.
Not totally real time as the streaming was about 36 seconds behind yesterday.
Interesting to note that there is a serious amount of 5G capacity installed around the site.
Rain expected again in about half an hour.

Hadjar just came off the track spectacularly about 100m away, just slid off using to go round Copse.
Thought he parked it quite well😉

Fun race… Glad to see Lando win his home race. Funny to hear Oscar think he was genuinely hard done by - there was no chance the team would ask Lando to give it back 
But I think I’m most pleased that Hülkenberg finally made it on the podium

The penalty was a bit harsh when compared to what that Dutch bloke did before but hey ho🤣
Next Sunday we will watch Le Tour as passes just down the road
