Fun ACME fact:
“ACME” was the code name Apple insisted all the network operators it dealt with before the launch of the original iPhone used when discussing them.

Code names can be fun. I was up against Ericsson in a telco outsourcing deal some years ago. Initially I tried to partner with them and bring the benefit of our joint strengths to the client, but they were incredibly arrogant, offering us crumbs from the overall scope. So I decided to stuff them.
They called their project, for some unknown reason, Enigma. I called ours Turing. Guess who won the deal
