Hi, does anyone out there subscribe to this group, A.S.A d’Irrigation? I bought a piece of land and without close inspection later discovered that I must pay an annual tax to this crowd. Apparently I have a water piped unto my land straight from the Lot river, this I presume was for the farmers irrigation of his own land. I have written to the association asking can I leave as I don’t need this as I will not be growing crops. They have not replied, having got my friend who speaks and writes very good French to ring, she was told to write. Wrote for the second time and still no reply after four months. Just wondered if anyone had any advice, knowledge in dealing with a body like this?
