A useful French site to be able to order spices etc

I have been giving cookery classes for the past 10 years to our local French community, and like every one I at times have problems sourcing things eg salt peter, good smoked paprika, hot smoked paprika. The other day I went looking for salt peter(potassium nitrate) I make my own bacon etc. Could not find any one to sell me small amount. So went on google and found these people http://meszepices.com/index.html. They have great prices are good and they delivered to me down in the SE in three days eg smoked paprika 250 gms. for 5.75€

it is indeed a very useful site. I find it difficult to get sperification ingredients and see they have everything I need there for all kinds of molecular cooking and more. Thanks for sharing the link and happy cooking.
