Abandoned kittens approx 4 weeks old

Hi everyone,

We would like some tips and recommendations on raising our 4 week old kittens on feeding, health and wellbeing. At the moment we are feeding them kitten milk for over the age of 6 weeks that is also lactating milk because that is all we have to hand as we were feeding mom but we haven’t seen her since the weekend at all. As far as we know they are the entire litter.
