Anything over 5m2 needs a DP - 20m2 and it’s full planning.

There is no limits on how many 5 M2 sheds you have mind.

In our town, you also need a permit to knock the old one down.

Thanks for your help. As the abri will be under 5sq m, it seems I can order and install without permission. No shed exists and the new one will be located at the edge of the property.

I suggest letting you Mairie know what you are planning to do. Always worth keeping them in the know / on your side

There is a distance to respect from the boundary. I think 3 metres, but check.
