Hello All, Can anyone tell me how to see ALL of my order history on Amazon.fr? It’s possible to download a list while using Amazon.com…but so far I cannot see how to view all of my past orders on this french site. Thanks.
As far as I know,it’s only possible to do it in yearly chunks. It’s always been like that!
EDIT: It’s the same on the UK site…

ON Amazon.fr, sign in. click on retours et commandes top right hand corner, this brings you to vos commandes, a third of the way down page there is a clickable box which is set set to les 3 derniers les mois, click on that button then select any year that you need {mine goes back to 2015)

Isn’t it year by year, as @AngelaR says? Interestingly I have yearly lists back to 2003 (which may be when I first joined Amazon UK) but there is nothing in any of these years until 2010, when I first started buying in France. Before that I always bought in the UK and had stuff shipped. Now I only buy in France.

You’ll find your UK orders on Amazon UK. Floor some reason they keep them separate.

Not me who’s asking John. I was querying @digitracker 's comment about “scrolling through all your history” I can’t. I can look at each year individually on my Amazon.fr a/c. Which is what @Roland_SALVATO was asking about.
It appears that business users can do this

Hi Sue Just got back in and saw your post, you are absolutely correct on only seeing the annual commandes year by year and the last sentence where i referred to as commandes archivees only shows browsing history, so I apologise for me misreading the archivees and have deleted the offending sentence from my post.

After you click on ‘Retours et commandes’ you should this see at the top left…
You click on the down arrow to change the search period.

You can download a report from within the section “Demander vos Informations”, under the heading “Données Personnelles”
It’s the first option in the dropdown menu

The possible downside is that they then say it could take up to a month to prepare it

Ha, indeed. Part of me thinks they’ve done that to dissuade people. I’m sure they must have automated this so there’s no reason for it to really take that long.

You’d think, though I got the “up to a month” message as well and directed to the normal account pages.
