I would just like to know if anyone else is having a problem with Ameli.fr log in. I am trying to access my husband’s account to see if a report has come in from an xray taken on 11th September 2025. Our doctor cannot access this either. It is needed so that I can make a rendevous with a surgeon. Help would be appreciated. We keep getting the Sorry there has been an error, please try again later.

(the ameli one tells me about charges and payments and health cover… it does let me check in today but it was having a hiccup the other day)

Morning Patsie. I just loged in and it went to my account page after having a think about it. I did have to turn my VPN off to get through to the site. Cheers - Steve
I seem to recall I had to sign up to it, and give permissions for my medical professionals to use it? It wasn’t automatic,
And some still don’t add the compte rendu and I have to do it manually.
Gosh that is annoying.. I’m always relieved to see my x-rays/reports/everything available for all those who need to know. 
mind you, here in France I’ve never left after being x-rayed/RMI’d etc without the results and the letter in my grasp.
Your Doc should be able to chase up wherever your OH had the X-rays done..
