Must be recent. When I did mine not that long ago, nothing was online and I was told to send everything by post. Maybe it differs by Département
I just took “back to normal” to mean largely broken and exasperating to use. Good to see that’s not the case! Now if only we can get the other government sites to be this kind of normal…

@KarenLot , what spurred me to try again was the invitation to send everything by post.
I suppose I can expect a further letter!
